What You're Agreeing To

When you visit our website, sign up for classes, or train with us at Big 5 Martial Arts Club, you're agreeing to follow these rules. If something here doesn't work for you, that's okay, but you won't be able to use our services.

How Memberships and Classes Work

• You can choose from single sessions, monthly memberships, or try us out with a one-time intro class.
• You need to pay before you step onto the mat.
• Memberships are yours alone, you can't give them to someone else or get your money back.
• Sometimes we might need to change class times, swap instructors, or adjust programs. We'll do our best to keep you in the loop, but we might not always give advance warning.

Money Stuff

• All our prices are in AED (that's the currency used in the UAE).
• You can pay with card, or through our approved online payment systems.
• When you buy a membership or class package, you're giving us permission to process your payment securely.
• We occasionally run special deals or discounts, and these might come with their own rules.

Refunds and Cancellations

• Here's the deal: once you've paid for a membership or intro class, we can't give refunds.
• If you miss a class, you won't get your money back or be able to make it up later (unless we've made a special written agreement with you).
• If you get injured or have a serious medical issue, talk to us. Our management team might be able to work something out and give you a credit.

Behavior and Staying Safe

• Everyone who trains here needs to follow our club rules and listen to what the coaches and staff tell you.
• Be respectful to your instructors, training partners, and our training space. It's that simple.
• If someone behaves badly or does something unsafe, we can suspend or end their membership immediately, and no, you won't get a refund.

Health and Taking Responsibility

• Martial arts is a physical sport, and like any sport, there's always some risk of getting hurt.
• By joining our classes, you're saying you understand these risks and that you (or your child) are healthy enough to train.
• Big 5 Martial Arts Club, along with our coaches and staff, can't be held responsible if someone gets injured or has an accident during training.
• If you're under 18, your parent or guardian needs to give permission before you can join.

Your Personal Stuff

We're not responsible if you lose something, it gets stolen, or it gets damaged while you're here. Keep an eye on your belongings!

Using Our Website

• Our website and online booking system are here to help you, please use them properly and legally.
• Don't copy, share, or use any content, photos, or videos from our site without asking us first.

Your Information and How We Communicate

• When you give us your contact details (through WhatsApp, email, or our forms), you're agreeing to our Privacy Policy.
• We might send you important updates about your membership, class reminders, or special offers.

Changes to These Terms

Every now and then, we might need to update these rules. When we do, we'll post the new version on our website with the updated date.

Legal Stuff

These terms follow the laws of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. If there's ever a disagreement, it'll be sorted out here in the UAE.
